Another dry day another chance to update one of my projects. “The Park” is the photographic story of 12 months in the life of the worlds oldest municipal park, Birkenhead Park in Merseyside in the UK. Opened in 1847 it has lived through 2 world wars and now 2 pandemics.

I have been a professional photographer for over 30 years. My work has taken me all over the world, now in retirement, i am shooting for myself and sharing my work with you all. I suffer from health anxiety and find that my photography is a great source of healing. Some of my posts may veer off the path slightly but basically this is my life journey using photography to tell the story. Thank you for reading and if you would liketo follow me you would be most welcome.

I love the one of Canada geese! It has that symmetry to it that you talk about.
