I’ve shot quite a few different things this week, from still life to wildlife, pumpkins to railway stations. Ive used a few different cameras and shot on both digital and film. And all the time i have been surrounded by these gorgeous golden tones of autumn.
Despite living under the UK’s most stringent lockdown restrictions at least i can get around. I am really lucky as all these pictures were shot within a few miles of my home.
I have been a professional photographer for over 30 years. My work has taken me all over the world, now in retirement, i am shooting for myself and sharing my work with you all. I suffer from health anxiety and find that my photography is a great source of healing. Some of my posts may veer off the path slightly but basically this is my life journey using photography to tell the story. Thank you for reading and if you would like to follow me you would be most welcome.

Thank you John. It was shot on medium format film and scanned. Old school.

My goodness, the photo of the pumpkin and the house is creepy, Ian. It would make an excellent cover for a paranormal book or movie. All great shots.
